In order to maximize the benefit for the seminar participants, the number of participants is limited. Registration should therefore be made in good time, at least four weeks before the start of the seminar – if at all possible. There is no right of participation.
EagleBurgmann Academy seminars are primarily aimed at employees of EagleBurgmann customers and/or potential customers. Proper registration is a necessary for participation. Excluded from participation are employees of competitor companies of EagleBurgmann Inc., USA and the EagleBurgmann Group.
The participant is obliged to provide truthful information when registering. If the information provided at the time of registration changes by the time of the seminar, the participant must inform EagleBurgmann Academy immediately.
The participant authorizes EagleBurgmann Academy to use any information requested at either the time of registration or a later time to verify the accuracy of the participants’ information.
If untrue information is provided at the time of registration or at any other time, or if the participant fails to report changes that have occurred after registration, the participant may be excluded from the seminar with immediate effect. In this case, claims for compensation by the participant are omitted.

The quoted seminar fee includes participation in all advertised training session, breakfast and lunch on all training days, and training materials necessary during the training. The participant acquires no right of ownership or use of any kind of training material, documents or the like.
The seminar fee is due in full at the day of registration, and is to be guaranteed by a valid credit card using the payment sheet you will get with your confirmation. Please send the credit card information to Ashley Reuther per E-mail. However, the full fee will only be charged to the credit card no later than four days before the start of the seminar.
The costs of accommodation and transportation are not included in the training fee.

Seminar documents, in whatever form, are subject to copyright and may not be altered, reproduced, processed, or distributed without the consent of EagleBurgmann Academy.

Cancellation must be done in writing.
If an enrolled participant cannot attend a seminar and would like to attend a later event instead, please contact the EB Academy. We will try to rebook the participant.

The EagleBurgmann Academy reserves the right to cancel a seminar for good cause, in particular if there are not enough registrations for the seminar or if the seminar has to be canceled for reasons for which the EagleBurgmann Academy is not responsible (e.g. force majeure). We will inform you of this immediately.
Furthermore, the EagleBurgmann Academy reserves the right to make any changes to the program.
The liability of the EagleBurgmann Academy and the liability of its vicarious agents for damages (e.g. accident, damage, loss, theft) is limited to intent and gross negligence. This does not affect liability for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health of the participant.
US (State of Texas) law shall apply. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all claims arising from the contract between the participant and us is Houston, Texas.
